Description

The ALP module that handles the request has refused it.

Probable causes

The CG modules refuse the request if they determine that they are unable to process it. Usually the CG modules begin the request processing and report an error, sometimes the request data is not enough to even begin the processing and then this error is reported.

This may indicate wrong parameters, configuration of the module parameters for the file type processed and so on.
